Few months ago I read 'The Played Out' biography of Jean, which was a really nice reading. I quite fell in love with Jean after the lecture, to be honest.
I remember reading about a scene from a movie in which she was walking by the sea, on the beach and the author states Jean looked absolutely beautiful. She was wearing some kind of long dress and it was breathtaking. Last night I tried to find the chapter in which was the part about the scene from the film, but I couldn't. Can somebody please help me and answer on my question: which film is that scene from?
    Thanks in advance!

Oh, thank you! I'll check the pages about the film then and hopefully this will make me sure! Have you seen this one? I read it's not a good movie, is it?

its one of only 4 of Jean's movies I havent seen - very rare - although I do have lead at moment. You can see clips of it in the "Rappaport film FROM THE JOURNALS OF JEAN SEBERG.

            Oh, thanks again!
I've checked the passages about 'Birds In Peru' last night, but I couldn't find the part about that scene I'm looking for. Maybe I didn't check it properly. Or it's not this film. Oh well.
PS: I'm just watching FJJS on YouTube, cheers!

You may be thinking of the passage on page 172 (hard cover) of the Richards book, in which a friend of Jean's describes how beautiful she was in a long, flowing Greek robe. This took place while she was in Athens filming Claude Chabrol's "The Road to Corinth".

I've checked my book (which is a paperback edition, but the passage was on exactly the same page like in your hardback edition - 172!), but I don't think it's this one.
In my head there's this image of Jean walking by the beach in long dress and as far as I can remember it was a shoot from some film, not described by the friend who visited her on the set. But ma16d0ybe I've mixed something.
Someday I'll read this book once again, because after its lecture Jean is one of my 3 beloved actresses ever - among Brigitte Bardot and Natalie Wood.
But now I've got a lot of other books to read.
Thank you so much for your help, anyway! All the best 😉

I've checked the chapter about 'Birds In Peru' again and found the passage I had in mind! It's in the 3rd paragraph on the page 177! Thank you once again for your help!
