Just curious if anyone knows why this lovely woman chose this particular middle name (or had it chosen for her).
Since it's usage is typically masculine, I'm wondering if there just might be an interesting story behind this.

Maybe it's her maiden name and Scott is her married name. Or many times parents give a family surname as a middle name.

her maiden name
and Bruce is really her middle name.
Jean Bruce Scott is both her real and professional name.

Jennifer Jason Leigh also comes to mind.
But it seems like it's part of her first name. There was a commercial she was in, and they referred to her as "Jeanie-Bruce", like that was her first name.
