I'd run very fast and jump in the sea I'm sorry but I couldn't help laughing when I read that. Some rotten luck with mission impossible 2 going over, he could have been Wolverine. I bet he envies Hugh Jackman every time he sees a poster of Wolverine. And NO I'm not trying to insult him or pick a fight with fans, I just really feel bad for him. -

Back in 1999, I was following the progress of the first X-Men movie, and trying to find pictures of this Dougray Scott guy who was playing Wolverine. But by November that year, it was announced that he was held up on the set of M:I2 and Hugh Jackman would be taking his place - I thought "Who the heck is Hugh Jackman?"
Double bad luck; he gets injured while working in Australia, and an Australian actor takes over the part that would have made him a superstar.
(Tom Cruise would lose out as well, working in Australia. Wife Nicole Kidman would would be unfaithful to him working on Moulin Rouge down under, and his marriage would break apart with a year.)
