Does anybody know who the old, fat guy with the bowl haircut is?, whom I've often seen in photos with John? I asked somebody before, and they told me his name is Phillip Tinkle. Is this correct? And why is he in so many pics with John, is he a stalker? (I wonder why he has not applied for a restraining order because if this creepy old guy was constantly following me around, that's what I'd do!).
