Similar to Friends

As a father, who has watched a lot of Nickelodeon, I have always noticed how his shows seem similar to Friends, especialy Victorious, iCarly and now Sam and Cat. I would assume it is somewhat of an ifluence considering his generation. I was pleasantly surprised to find he was on Head of the Class which was big when I was in high school.
