Allegedly. People have suspected for a long time he has a foot fetish. I think this is the first time one of his stars is making the claim.

Zoey 101 star Alexa Nikolas is continuing to speak out against Dan Schneider and the Nickelodeon network.
The actress, 30, claimed that the producer, 56, would pay to take photos of children's feet on set, while speaking on Christy Carlson Romano’s podcast Vulnerable last week.
'He had a digital camera and he would go around with money and ask to take photos of the kids' feet - their toes,' she stated.
