I don't remeber him being in Family Matters, but I do remeber him being in a couple of episodes of "Roseanne"

(6+ years later) Oh that's right, Becky had a crush on him (Chip). I love the scene at the bowling alley where Chip is working and Roseanne pretends to not be Becky's mother. Then she gives Chip a tip and makes his night.
It's been a long time since I've watched Family Matters so I don't remember him being on there, either.
