And I keep saying that praise and awards doesn't exempt somebody from criticism.

Ummm didnt mess up the books? Did you read any of them after the third? They became convoluted, non-sensical, sprawling and laughably bad.

I think she needs to make an awful Harry Potter Christmas special and a disappointing prequel trilogy to become the George Lucas of literature.

"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is shaping up for that. Spreading a 100 page guidebook into a three movie series just screams milking. Yeah, because that's working so well for "The Hobbit."
She may have not have written a bad Prequel Trilogy, but she has written a "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull," or as you like to call it, "Order of the Phoenix." It's clear that Rowling stopped giving a beep, wanted to write a teen romance, but slapped the "Harry Potter" name on it because of her contract.

And let's not forget "Harry Potter and the Sudden Epiphany That He Wanted to Bone Ginny" and "Harry Potter and the Ass the Twist About Snape Got Pulled From."

Sadly, I have thought the same thing, too. 😛 Also, I wish she would stop talking about American politics and whatnot. It annoys me when certain celebrity figures impose themselves and their opinions out there on everyone in such a way, and using her Harry Potter series to make statements. It's just annoying.

She was always better than George Lucas. No need to compare them.
