First, she hasn't been on screen long enough to ruin anything.
Second, her role hasn't been dynamic at all.
She's been neither great nor bad. She's just been there.

I agree with OP, I think she's pretty bad. It looks like she's had work done, which makes appear as though she's not facially emoting, and when she's not talking we get lots of shots of her raising her chin up as she looks at her husband. What the hell is that about?
There's no real chemistry between them, and all the stuff about trying for a baby has been boring.

I have to agree that whatever she has done to her face is making her look like an un-emotional sex doll or something. It's a shame because I know she can act, but between the plastic surgery/botox and mediocre character development this is not going well for her.
