The thought of that woman being queen totally makes me sick. Diana should have been queen. She would have made an excellent queen of Great Britain.
Buna, dont mean to be picky but King Charles is King off the United Kingdom and Head of the Commonwealth and other territories, hana -

Yeah, well, Diana is dead and has been dead for ten years. Whether you think she should have been queen or not doesn't matter now. I haven't a problem with Camilla and frankly I don't like how everyone seems to bully her. She will be queen in all but name (Providing the Queen doesn't outlive Charles) and I don't care. She will make a better Queen than Diana because Camilla knows how to keep Charles in line and doesn't make a scene in public or give interviews to the press. In many ways she's better behaved than most of the royal family.
Shot me if you want - I don't care. My family and I have always felt this way and I just think it's silly to compare Charles' new wife to a woman who has been dead for ten years.Shooting Stars [HMC Site] -

REF: She will make a better Queen than Diana because Camilla knows how to keep Charles in line
ANS: Keep him in line? If Charles is so wonderful, why should someone have to keep him in line? Well, Charles did say he wanted to be reincarnated as a Tampax inside Camillas trousers. (oh, theres a mental image for you) I guess a schmuck like that could be controlled.
Diana would have been the most beloved, admired Princess Consort (or whatever her official title would have been) since Queen Elizabeth I. She and Charles could have had two more children, adding immeasurably to the Royal Family. People would have flocked to see them, as they did with her. But, Charles preferred Camilla and the Royal Family threw Diana away.
REF: and (Camilla) doesn't make a scene in public or give interviews to the press.
ANS: In other words, she behaves like almost all other Royals; aloof and detached from the people. Diana wasn't, that's why she was loved, that's why she is still remembered after ten years, that's why people will remember Diana long after they forget who Charles' second wife was. Thats also why Charles and Camilla will live in Dianas shadow until the day they die.
If Prince Twit had honored his wedding vows she would still be alive and his sons would still have their mother, but, I guess that was asking too much of him.
REF: In many ways she's better behaved than most of the royal family.
ANS: How so? -

Diana was beloved primarily because she was beautiful. Even Earl Spencer's eulogy at Westminster Abbey made more references to her beauty than her humanity and her royal status, and ended on the same note.
Do you really think that if she had not been so beautiful that the British people would have stood by her through thick and thin? I doubt it.
The persecution of the Duchess of York is living proof of this double standard. Fergie has always been outgoing as well, but in her case familiarity has bred contempt. She never stood a chance.
Diana was worshipped from day one because she was so gorgeous. It was this bond with the British people that enabled her to reach out and touch everyone. Her stature alone would not have made so great an impact if she had been as plain as Sarah Ferguson. Everyone wants to identify with a winner, not the designated loser, which Camilla now is.
If Camilla had ever been as beautiful as Diana, she would never have been given so much bad press. Even Diana's friend the journalist Richard Kay has admitted as much. -

Youre probably right. Its a sad truth we as a society stress so much emphasis on physical beauty. The
inner self
is of even more value.
Everyone wants to identify with a winner, not the designated loser, which Camilla now is.
God knows, I have no respect for Camilla, but, I thought the British public had embraced her because of tireless efforts of spin control by those in the Office of the Prince of Wales. -

Although Diana was beautiful on the outside she was also a good person. The good she did in the world outshone her beauty by far and to say she was loved just because of her outward beauty is a misconception.
F1354ergie was pretty but she was a little more wild and therefore ppl thought less of her.
Camilla could be the most beautiful woman in the world and ppl would still think less of her due to her whore status. -

I am not revealing my name to protect the innocent.
Diana will never be the Queen of Britain because she is dead and has been for 11 years but I think she might be the queen of heaven. Before she died, she said in the Martin Basheer Panarama interview that she would like to be the queen of people's hearts but she didn't see herself as being Queen of the country. She is the queen of a lot of people's hearts and I hope that she is the queen of heaven. -

It's all Liz and Phil's fault. If they had allowed Charles to marry Camilla when he wanted to (before he met Lady Diana Spencer) camilla would probably have been accepted as the future queen and not compared (physically) to D2000iana all the time. Diana would also have remained obscure and no-one would have heard of her.
It's all because Camilla wasn't a virgin
When I said I wanted to be a comedian, they all laughed at me. Well, they're not laughing now! -

It's all because Camilla wasn't a virgin
Camilla being married in 1981 (to a close friend of Charles) had something to do with it, too. I am no fan of Prince Twit, still, I agree he should have been able to marry whomever he wanted. Diana would have remained unknown . . . but, she'd still be alive.
