Beatrice is actually the nice one of the sisters. Eugenie is the mean one of the pair. The trouble is, Beatrice is a wimp that will tell her older sister everything, and let her sister walk all over her. She's one of those types who will claim she's your friend, but she won't stand up for you if her sister is bullying you.

All you would need to know is to read up on things the girls did, both in public and in private (courtiers and staff leak things all the time). Eugenie doesn't like Princess Catherine because she's a commoner, and she was very disrespectful towards her initially when she first joined the royal family and was engaged to Prince William. Eugenie apparently doesn't have much respect for commoners in general.
Eugenie also worked with Meghan Markle and Harry on feeding insider info to the odious couple for several years until the RF finally put the kaibosh on her. Eugenie did it all out of jealousy, particularly since she and her sister have to work for their money, get no taxpayer-paid protection, and their titles mean very little as "princesses;" whereas Catherine gets all of that and much more, being married to the Crown Prince.
