Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Otto Preminger

Why are so many of Preminger's last few films on video? I know "Skidoo" and "Hurry Sundown" were big flops, and I've read about the legal problems surrounding "Porgy and Bess," but what about "Tell Me You Love Me, Junie Moon" and "Such Good Friends"?
Any hope that any of these movies will be released, like "Bunny Lake is Missing?"

Tell Me You Love Me, Junie Moon is supposed to be really good. It shows up occasionally on cable.
Skidoo is a bonafide cult classic, and should be released on DVD. A film with the final credits sung and Groucho Marx playing a mob kingpin named "God" has to be worth watching at least once.
Preminger's last film, The Human Factor, is supposed to be really good.
Rosebud is supposed to be wretched, his worst film ever. Lots of production problems.
