I was born in '65 and remember her from The Bob Newhart Show. Wow. Such a fine looking woman. And that voice! I read that she was close to getting the Catwoman role on the '60's series Batman. I would have loved to see her in that skin tight catsuit.

Oh yeah she was every guy's fantasy that was anywhere near her age! I loved her part on The Birds where even there she was sultry and sexy even though the scenes were not "sexy" in nature. She just gave off that sensual nature that guys pick up onA beautiful woman.

I was merely a child when the original Bob Newhart show was on the air, but I never forgot Ms. Pleshette's beauty and grace. She was certainly an adolescent crush of mine and even as the years passed by her beauty was transcendent. What a special woman and actress alike. She is greatly missed.

i love how we are all in this together, all guys. like if there is a special hot beautiful girl actress, we all fall for them, we all have a crush on them, and we all desperately want them and dream about them and have day dreams and fantasies about them. i love how we are all in this together.
this shared love and lust. this is so beautiful. heck if we cant' have suzanne then we can at least dream and fantasize about having her and we can share our dreams and fantasies of her.

I wasn't old enough to have appreciated her in the Bob Newhart days, but when I look at the reruns now, I think, "I'd do that Emily. She's gorgeous."

Yeah, Hitchcock new how to pick ''em. He was so set on making Hedren a ''Star'' he didn't notice that, even plainly dressed and made up, Pleshette outclassed her. And, when Hitchcock and Hedren did ''Marnie'', Diane Baker left her in the dust, both in beauty and acting talent.

I never had a crush on SP but I just saw her in Nevada Smith, and her eyes sparkle (of course) and what a great, toothy smile. She is very pretty.
I'm not a woman much less Deanna Durbin, but the old-time glam-shot appeals to me. -

I was just a kid when the Bob Newhart show was on. Certainly, I was too young to have prurient thoughts on my mind, but as I reflect on some of these old photos< Phew!!! She was totally hot. Pretty face and killer body. Newhart was one lucky dawg!

Yes. I just want SP to get some of the love she deserves. And that Newhart ep' when he wakes up next to her and says he had the strangest dream (the whole New Hampshire show) was so inspired and funny, how can you not love her. Plus the first Newhart show was wacky funny. Bonerz the dentist, Marcia the receptionist. What funny goofy stuff. Along with Mary Tyler Moore, MASH and Cheers, a golden age of TV comedy.
