            Yes because he wasn't "Mentally Fit" Oh and Saddam wasn't? Howevewr he was finally deemned fit and then charged with 36 counts of kidnapping, 23 counts of torture, and one of murder for the torture and disappearance of opponents of his regime at Villa Grimaldi. Although I guess the Fact that he finally Realized the He would be charged with his crimes sent him into such a fright it gave him that heart Attack.
