She needs a role or a cameo or something along that line. You can't be Danny DeVito's wife and not be somehow involved with the show. All the other actors on the show are married to each other.

Actually, I think the person who plays Gladys in "The Nightman Cometh", is her. It's her, but in heavy, heavy elderly makeup.
Gladys is the old woman that plays the piano for the play.

I still don't get why people think that is Rhea, it looks absolutely nothing like her.
And Gladys has appeared in more than one episode. She was also in "The D.E.N.N.I.S. System".
She is played by Mae Laborde.
