OPcorrection: Bryan Singer ruined Superman Returns, casting Kal Penn in the movie was just part of his plan that helped sink the film.

Dude the writing, directing and the acting ruined Superman Returns. The whole premise of the movie was bad. Superman the runaway dad. >.< I've read fan fiction better than that.

Kal's character didn't have any impact in Superman Returns sooo why mention it? You've also failed to mention his leading roles like The Namesake and Harold and Kumar so I don't think your post is really credible, 7ecsorry.

LOL! You give him too much credit - everyone knows that Bryan Singer ruined Superman and that Hugh Laurie's over-acting and scenery chewing to the point of relegating the other actors to mere bystanders (something David Caruso is equally guilty of) sunk House as everyone got tired of his schtick - in any case, Kal was not in the movies and serials long enough to ruin it - or even make an impact. In any case, your point is moot - everybody knows that the token South Asian that ruins everything she is in is Mindy Kaling.
