If it WERE Chris, he'd have to be listed in the credits since he had a line.
It could also be Chris but he only mouthed the line and thus was an extra. Someone paid could have recorded the line and they dubbed it in. I think if Chris were in such a popular and loved movie, he'd talk about it.
