Noelle is a feminine given name. It is an English form of the French name Nolle, which is a feminine form of the name Nol meaning "Christmas" in French. The French word itself is derived, via Old French, from Latin "natalis dies (Domini)" meaning "birthday (of the Lord)". (Thanks Wiki.)
I must agree, it is ironic that she was born on Christmas Day and have a name meaning Christmas and staring in a movie about Christmas. Being born on Christmas Day, I figure thats how she got her name.
Also its on YouTube for your pleasure. Still I would prefer to see it on the TV. I remember Disney was showing it every year. It also got good reviews as a family movie.
