Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Glynnis O'Connor

    propinquity4 — 16 years ago(May 21, 2009 12:57 AM)

Just watched California Dreaming on HULU.com. I hadn't seen it for about 20 years. The movie is lame, Dennis Christopher is uncomfortable to watch BUT Glynnis still gets to me. I've seen her pop up a few times on the Law & Order franchise and she is still attractive. She's 10 years older than I am but I can't forget those early crushes. She is THE girl next door. 😛

I always had a thing for her too. Never knew that she is 3 months older than I am. I guess I'll be watching all her Netflix offerings.

So do I. Strange what brings you to an actress on imdb. Just reading another article on the passing of Donna Douglas, and just knew of course that Ellie Mae would be mentioned, which made me think that Max Baer will be associated with Jethro Bodine. Then I remembered his involvement with "Ode to Billie Joe", which made me think of the lovely Glynnis. And here I am!

Glynnis seemed to be everywhere for a time in the mid-70s, helping the likes of Kay Lenz and Ayn Ruymen to fuel my raging high school hormonal inferno.
