Gave a terrific performance in "The Hidden" and was trashed on the DVD commentary from end to end by its director, Jack Shoulder. Not fair since Nouri didn't get a chance to respond. Glad he gets a lot of work. Working guys like this, not stars, are what makes Hollywood go.

I wouldn't say that the director trashed him, he just explained how difficult he was to work with. He felt that he was the star so he would always have to lead the way which made it quite difficult when Gallagher is supposed to be the one moving the story forwards. It's quite an interesting commentary actually.
