Say if you watched the dubbed versions of Rumble in the Bronx or The Legend of the Drunken Master, would that be Anita Mui's real voice in English?

I saw her in concert at Caesar's Palace in Lake Tahoe in 1992 or so. She spoke mostly in Cantonese, but she did, in fact, break into some pretty good English a couple of times.

Actually, she broke only somewhat broken English, even though it's quite passable already for someone who never really had much formal education. The voices you hear on the movies are dubbed.

I realize they are dubbed. I'm asking if they are dubbed by her. Most of Jackie's movies have him dubbing himself; does the same apply to her?

Yes, that is Anita Mui in both the dubbed versions of Drunken Master 2 and Rumble in the Bronx.
