𝐥𝔦𝐤𝔼𝕊 𝒻Ⓐ𝓇𝓽 — 3 years ago(May 15, 2022 05:37 AM)Ok so I finally found out why Depps lawyers celebrated when Heard mentioned Kate Moss, it is because now that Heard has mentioned her, she ( moss ) can now be brought in as a witness and it is expected that she will defend the **** out of her former lover Depp, it also, for some reason, allows the lawyers to question HEARD about her past relationships, and they will ofc bring up Amber Heards domestic violence against her former lesbian lover ( erection ).
The judge deemed Kate Moss had nothing to do with the trial so she was not allowed to be called as a witness ( until Heard uttered her name ) and Amber Heards past DV charge was also NOT previously allowed to be talked about, despite the fact it would prove she is capable of domestic violence! so why the **** did the law disallow something that could really prove a point?
The whole point of the trail is for Depp to prove that HE was not the abuser, SHE is, right? so why did the judge block a witness / evidence that go along way to proving it?
Just follow the law people, court seems like a torrid affair.
