Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Joe Morton

A few days ago, I ran across a show, in progess, on a local cable access-type station. It seemed to be a tv doc perhaps about poetry in general, maybe about African American poets or Langston Hughes in particular. One part I saw included a terrific voice-over reading of Hughes' great poem, The Negro Speaks of Rivers. A male voice read the poem and was echoed by a female voice. I swear the male voice was Joe Morton's, but I can't find verification of that or identify the show/film I was watching, either on the imbd or elsewhere on the net.
Can anyone help? Does anyone know the name of the program/film? I'd appreciate it!
    Thanx!
    Matthew
