Why does Eddy call her that? Why? I've seen all the episodes, but I can never figure it out.

Eddie's "Titicaca" is a rude and ignorant (I don't think that Sarah is supposed to be from anywhere near South America as where the Titicaca Lake is located) reference since she doesn't bother to remember her daughter's best friend's name.

That's just Eddy.. it's just like how she never calls Emma Bunton "Emma Bunton" - she calls her "Baby Bunton," even though Emma hates it. That's what makes Eddy so fabulous - much like honeybadger, she don't give a feck.
