Sorry that was Nick Castle.
Tony Moran was only in one scene where Myers was unmasked.
It take many nails to build crib but one screw to fill it.

That was Nick Castle. Tony was in one scene at the end when Curtis pulled the mask off his face before Loomis shoots him and he falls over the balcony. They did not think Nick would fit the bill of Michael without the mask so Tony Moran stood in for that one scene.

Nick Castle played Michael Myers in almost every scene! Tony Moran only played him in one scene. Nick Castle did the famous walk and had the best scenes.
