Mr.Moore died on Sunday he was 82. He will always live on for me in the League of Gentlemen and many other appearances.My thoughts go out to his family, RIP.

Yes indeed. He was great in the League of Gentlemen and practically everything else he ever starred in. A well known face in the fifties and sixties. I shall miss him. RIP.

I just saw him as Count Vronsky in "Anna Karenina." He was excellent. It was easy to believe that Vivian Leigh was in love with him.
I had not heard of him before, so I was surprised to find that he starred in "Day of the Triffids," one of my favorite science-fiction films of the early 1960's.
I will look out for him in more classic films in the future.
