Actually in German, the writing "oe" stands for "" and is pronounced as the French sound "eu", like in "Je" or "bleu"
It's a sound that does not exist in English or American And the final "g" of the name can be pronounced like an "h" or "ch" in some German regions. So it would go like "Meunich" to be totally accurate.
