Is there a possibility that Vin diesel might had called her "mitch"(short for Mitchell) instead of "bitch"? Just speculating..

I think two things happened.
The first one, Vin addressing her as "Hey, bitch." Then you getting hysterical about it when it looks like she didn't find it funny that she got called that.
It probably came down to being ticked off and embarrassed by both of you.
Could she have handled it differently? Of course, but Vin could have addressed her by her name or something other than "Hey bitch."
