I've seen some, but some of that area seems to resemble European.
Asians have a lot of grease but also a lot of flavor.
½ S/N Asian (40%+ Chinese) ½ Norwegian/Danish-Irish Swiss (Amish/PA) German French Dutch? French+Dutch Celtic-Irish English-Irish? ..?

I don't know if Asian food "goes" with European-American food, but it sounds like it's good to include it in some ideas.
