Ethel Merman was a great talent, but I know what you mean. She must have been a pain to be around at times. I've been with women with painful voices so I know what it's like.

Yes, she was a great talent. I still marvel at the chatter box girls that I gave up on because they sounded like fingernails across a chalkboard.
When you're young, pick 'em out when they're smaller and quieter, because as they get older they will get bigger and louder.
The best revenge: Live well, enjoy life and be happy. Drives any haters crazy.
