How Does She Manage to Avoid the Paparazzi?

I wonder how Eva Mendes manages to avoid the paparazzi? There was never a picture of her pregnant, a picture of her going to the hospital to give birth, or a picture of her coming back from the hospital with her little bundle of joy. New born babies often go to the neonatologists for exams to make sure that everything is going fine, so I doubt that the baby is locked up behind four-walls, yet, there has never been a picture of Eva coming out of her house with her baby in her arms on the way to the doctor.
I find this odd, because paparazzis are known to stake out people's houses, they are known to hide in bushes, wait in cars, etc Paparazzi in England have taken long distance pictures of Prince Charles nude and of Prince William peeing, yet, American paparazzi couldn't even take a picture of Eva pregnant! And its not as if this couple doesn't generate the sufficient interests to have paparazzis following them and clicking away at their cameras.
Either American paparazzi have really dropped the ball, or Ryan and Eva are super sleuths that go out in disguises or have some type of secret escape exit out of their house [tongue-in-cheek]! -

You've got to hand it to her. Her baby's going on five months old, supposedly, yet no one has ever been spotted taking the baby out for a walk, or shopping, or to the doctor.
Most people want to take the baby out to get a little air and sunshine every day, so they don't go stir crazy sitting at home. Especially when the mother is a stay-at-home mom.
Maybe Eva has groceries delivered, her pediatrician makes house calls, her personal assistant handles all the other errands, and she prefers to stay home and play in the backyard with the baby. She's certainly set a new high bar for privacy achievement. -

I think that you're right, that's probably what she does. Esmeralda's doctor makes house calls and her personal assistants run all of the errands. The baby has probably never been out the front door. Perhaps Eva has a large gated yard with high shrubbery that blocks the view and the baby is taken out there for fresh air and sun. I don't know how long she's going to keep up this paranoia, but it might eventually backfire as you can't keep your child sequestered all of the time, less you become like the late Michael Jackson who used to put veils on his three kids. Even Madonna who at first hid Lourdes from the world, quickly released photographs of her first born child.
