Hmm, I don't think she looks like Kathleen Quinlan, but she looks like Tara Morice's twin. Morice starred in the cheesy "Strictly Ballroom" from the early 1990s. The weird thing is they're both from Australia and both graduated from Australia's National Institute of Dramatic Art.

I also thought she looked quite a bit like Kathleen Quinlan when I saw her in the "Nightmares and Dreamscapes" episode, but I knew she was too young. Besides a facial similarity, they both carry themselves with a similar quiet classiness (at least in the films I've seen them in).

I know this posted a year ago but I just saw Twilight Zone the Movie and said wow thats the woman from 4400 upon my trip to imdb I discovered it is not the same actress its Kathleen Quinlan I think they are so similar its scary from body posture to looks and voice

i think she looks a bit like Renee O'Connor. from certain angles xD especially when Renee had her hair colored/styled similarly to how Jacqueline's characters in Mental is.

Something about her reminds me so much of Cady McClain and they're both singers as well. Loved Jacquie in On The Beach (2000).

Exactly who I thought it was at first, but like you said, younger.
I just started watching 4400 and she makes watching easy on the eyes
