Alan Rickman - Die Hard
Robert Patrick - Terminator 2

Not a bad list, although I miss a few villains.. a top-10 is probably also a bit too short.. (Andrew Robinson was the Scorpio Killer, btw)
I would've liked to have seen Vince Klyn as "Fender" from "Cyborg" here too.. and Dolph Lundgren as "Ivan Drago" from "Rocky IV" also.. among others..

true, it would be difficult to make a top 10 and not include arnie in T1 and Hugo Weaver in the matrix
