Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — William Lucking

I could have sworn after hearing his voice I'd heard him on cartoons but can't seem to find anything on IMDB to support this. At any rate William Lucking has a cool voice and is very familiar to me although I cannot place exactly why at the moment.

I just saw this guy in an episode of the X-Files. I was utterly convinced (by his voice alone) that he was veteran voice actor Frank Welker.
His voice has an uncanny resemblance.

I could have sworn he was the voice of Chuckles in Toy Story 3.

I thought the same thing last night during the conversation with Clay at the retreat. I finally placed his voice. He strongly favors Paul Newman as the voice of Doc Hudson in "Cars". At least that's where I made the connection. It was driving me crazy for sure trying to place it.
