Strangely enough, I just saw Len on an old episode of Cold Case that I had DVRed and watched last night. The minute his name came onscreen, I thought "Uncle Leo!!" He was memorably cranky in the episode and it was great to see him one last time. May he rest in peace. He always made me laugh on Seinfeld. He was one of the best supporting characters the show had.

He was also in an episode of "Kolchak" The Night Stalker" as a police officer in the episode entitled
The Energy Eater
. RIP Len Lesser.
