If someone says they "can't" cook then that means there is something wrong with their hands. Meaning their hands do not function well or they are somewhat handicapped. You probably meant someone who cannot cook certain things or cannot cook well. In that case why not just teach them if they are willing to learn? -

I have no preference as long as the person actually works and is not nasty with others, if there is one thing i can't stand is someone being mean, when you're nice you look pretty, when you're mean your looks decrease.
