Her self-titled album is much better, and was robbed IMO for AOTY by Beck. I thought she had it in the bag. I feel like this year's gonna be the same, the only difference is there's real competition with Adele. I wouldn't be surprised if Beck 2.0 snatches it instead.

I like Beck's old stuff, but Beyonce's had more impact and basically spawned surprise releases from other artist's afterwards. On that alone it should've won.

Maybe they're going for the quality of the music, instead of impact. I think that alone should really matter. Let others have a chance to shine. Bey has enough Grammy's already.

at you calling Beck an unknown just because you didn't know who he was before. I like Bey(she is certainly better than label puppet trash like Rihanna) but Beck is EXTREMELY talented. It's not like Bey deserved to win just because pulled off a surprise release and sold more.

Beck is not unknown. He deserved to win and is very talented. Beyonc has so many Grammys is really such big deal when she looses? I like some Beyonc music but Beyonc fans have to stop with this mentality that no one deserves Grammys over her.

Beck has been in the music industry for almost 25 years and is hardly an "unknown."
Also, Beck's album is light years better than Beyonce.

*I'm under 25 but not a musical ignoramus either. Beck has been around for 15+ years.
