He seems very nice and loyal to the people he likes, or who he can get something from, but if he doesn't like someone he's very bully-ish. He's like Howard Stern, he makes weird people celebrities so people will laugh at them. Andy M5b4ilonakis and Guillermo are good examples.

Agreed. He has zero signs of fakeness, cockyness, and I think what sets him apart from many other stars in his business is he seems to have integrity..No ego.and he seems loyal to keeping things real, and blunt about his true righteous opinions of things.
example, despite his best friend Carrolla being seemingly big friends of Jay Leno..Kimmel is not afraid of criticizing Leno for not having integrity.
Another is that Kimmel is very open about his fandom for Letterman, and how Letterman was his inspiration.the reason for doing what he does.
