Admittedly already very much an up and coming young actress with a handful of well received roles to put on her acting resume, see Inferno with Tom Hanks As well as the well received smaller and independent films in which she has contributed to if not had a starring role.
But by the accounts of the critics, her actual fans and that it's just Star Wars so it'll immediately be an instant success; with the commencement of the midnight showings of this film soon followed by the full openings, Ms. Felicity Jones is about to become a VERY famous and sought after star.
Basically what the first Hunger Games movie did for Jennifer Lawrence, Rouge One is about to do for Ms. Jones very likely on an exponentially compared scale.
Congratulations from a longtime admiring fan!!! -

not likely 33 is sort of old for an actress, considering not many get leading roles after they hit 40 outside of a few like Jessica Chastain (39), Julianne Moore. Anne Hathaway I could see in her 40's too, she's 34 right now, she's super talented though and looks like she could age well.
granted Felicity Jones does look young for 33, she's good but not a great actress.
that and because she isn't that tall which on one hand shorter people tend to age better. on the other hand her lack of stature works against her in people taking her seriously.
just like Daisy Ridley before her and Carrie Fisher, none of them did anything major outside of Star Wars.
and the problem with Rogue One is her role likely will not recur again. Daisy Ridley at least will be in 1 or 2 other Star wars movies besides the one she did already.
I do think Felicity is much prettier, while Daisy is much younger about 10 years younger but tom-boyish looking. -

"Famous" does not mean "has a bunch of film/TV projects in published development on IMdB."
She's on TV interview shows, magazine covers, doing Saturday Night Live. We'll see her a lot during awards season. Casual movie fans know her face and name, and 20 years from now will still know her face and name.
That's famous.
