If you look close, Laurie may be the customer sitting with the banker discussing fees. I'm not sure if National City Bank is regional or across the country. But I think this may be her in the commercial.

Yep, that is her. I saw it, and I was thinking, dang she looks so familiar. Then this morning it hit me, and check here and saw your post. I am in the Chicago area and the commerical aired here.
