I just want to say that as a child I grew up an only child without a father and I pretended that Dan as Grizzly Adams was my dad. I love him and learned so much from his example.Today I am 36 years old and my life revolves around animals. We take in abused, abandoned and handicapped animals one of my dogs is named Little bear. Thank you Dan for helping a lonley sad child to become such a happy person.

I have know Dan Haggerty for 30+ years and can say some of the best times I ever had were with "haggs" and his family we both love animals and especially Birds of Prey. I have trained animals for many films and worked on several of Dans (Grizzly Adams, Frontier Fremont etc.)I am happy he has d5b4one so well and has always put a smile on peoples faces.He has a certin quality that makes you feel really comfortable around him and his animals. When I got the call from family members I was sad to hear he was gone.Some of the best times in my life I shared with Hagg and family and our friends..He was a big guy with a bigger heart,you will be missed my ol'friend love to all family members..
