I could have sworn he played one of the biker thugs towards the beginning.
Btw, "Silent Rage" is one of the worst movies ever made

The guy that played the Biker gang leader in Silent Rage his name was Jay Depland and the other biker guys name is Mike Johnson and they are both stuntmen so I don't think Jon Gries was in Silent Ragebut the one biker guy did look like him though so it was either the 1st biker guy or 2nd biker guy.
