The Gift. She sings it but it was written by W.G. Snuffy Walden. Good song.

At the risk of running with the massesstill can't beat 'Killing Me Softly'. She delivers it so naturally that it's difficult to not be moved by it, even after a hundred listens!

The list is long but the song that moves me to tears is "The Tradewinds of Our Times."
        Beautiful.
        Peace.

Three way tie between Suzanne, Closer I Get To You, and Killing Me Softly.

Wow, tough cal2000l. Killing Me Softly is my favorite pop song of all time. Feel Like Making Love is my favorite single of 1974. Where Is the Love is a classic, as is Last Time Ever I Saw Your Face.
I'll go with Killing Me Softly, but Feel Like Making Love is in my all-time ten best list.
She is such a great and subtle vocalist low key, doesn't try too hard like a lot of divas today.

General G, you might know this one - do you recall when Ms. Flack sang the Kentucky Fried Chicken commercial song for them? It was THE best version of that song ever done for a commercial (IMHO).
                      "
How do I set a laser pointer to stun?
                      "
