I have to agree, she does. Other thing, she really made me think on the last part of the episode 'Democracy' when Diane's character, Megan was stepping into the elevator.. her eyes welling up with tears, which really got my eyes filling up with tears too. Diane is a very convincing individual as well.

Umm.. I would have to say probably pretty soon. I believe she's due this month so there's not much more they can do at the moment I would bet her last appearance is 'Pandora's Box' That way can Megan explain herself before she does leave.
But this oversea's assignment that she gets is suppose to cause conflict of her attitude towards the job, causing conflict clear into the next season. So I guess we'll be seeing Diane back in a month or two.
