The show loses a LOT without her. The new character/actress is so bland.

I absolutely agree! The show is not the same without Jennifer. They keep trying others but the chemistry just is not there. Please bring her back CBS.

I liked her a lot too. I did not understand when that blonde showed up out of the blue. Like, WTF she might as well not be there at all.
