its just an odd looking angle, even her face looks slightly puffy in that pic but when u zoom in u realize he looks the same as always

I think it's obvious Kim has weight on her at the Crazy Love Premiere. When you compare that to the photo of Kim at the Inside Man premiere, you'll see it. I also think she looks good either way. She possesses hypnotic eyes

M5b4mmm.. put on weight in all the right places. And you are absolutely dead on about those eyes. I prefer dark brown eyes normally, but those eyes go so well with her face.
