Reanimator, her best ever

Barbara Crampton still impresses me by her role in REANIMATOR, a horror cult classic that ranks way up there for all time. I know that back in the eighties and early nineties it was common for young actresses to bare 'skin', some more than others. But for its time, I was awed that Crampton would go au naturel for one of the best, grittiest, campiest, and most memorable, 'talking head' scene in REANIMATOR. I mean, taken in context with the entire movie, her nude scene was classic. It was neither gratuitous nor pornagraphic. The director demonstrated his skill in connecting her nude scene with the overall horror and terror of the whole segment and that of the movie itself. In other words, it fit. To this day I still give Barbara Crampton the highest credit for being gutsy at doing the scene. Perhaps she was clever and prescient enough to realize it would become an all time classic.

I agree ReAnimator was her best, so beautiful on the table for Dr Hills molestation! Haha did you by any chance see her in Lords of Salem? Old wrinkle arse! I could not believe it was her I seen her in the credits and had to review it 5 times. Incredible film
