Lets get this out of the way first Abbie Cornish is simply great in David Rikers The Girl, opening this weekend in Chicago at the AMC River East 21. Shes genuine, believable, and emotional resonant in ways that make this critic truly wish she would get more great roles (go rent Bright Star for further proof of her immense talents).

I could NOT stop looking at her ass. God dam director did an amazing job of filming her walking away from the camera every time haha

Abbie was good in it but the little girl who played "Rosa" stole the movie for me. They had great chemistry. Abbie reminded me a little bit of Charlize Theron in her performance which was similar to in "The Burning Plain."

Reminded me of Katherine Heigle a bit. But can see the Charlize Theron too. Pretty young lady.
