I heard that R.B. Greaves is sam's nephew but i wanna know exactly how..who are his parents?

I asked the family personally, and they said that as far as they know, R.B. Greaves isn't a family member. He isn't the child of any of Sam's brothers or sisters. If he is related to them, it certainly isn't close.
