I think he should win an award just for being Gary Cole. He is a great addition to everything he does and he's been this way for 30 years probably.
One of the unsung heroes of the acting world and probably having2000 a better life this way.
He is the greatest..among many many others.

He has a Emmy nomination for his role in VEEP.
